Default online hold\'em player tools

When playing online, what do you do about opponents using tools like winholdem and holdemkiller ? Do these tools beat the average player?

The question was, do I need to worry if I suspect a bot. Are the bots better than a good player?

winholdem's default rules are terrible. but a skilled player who can figure out how to use it's programming capabiities could cretae a formiddable player. However, major weaknesses are that it does not adjust to Game Texture or player behavior.
