money in a hurry

I needed some cash, specifically through moneybookers rather than Neteller, to make a deposit for a bonus. So I deposited using Credit Card. When they do this, they ask that you doin't use it for porn or gambling. I said sure, then as soon as I try to use it for gambling, it actually stops me.

(I figured that they were just saying that for appeareances' sake).

So, here's a question... assume that your neteller balance is low and your moneybookers balance is low, how do you get cash onto a gambling site quickly?

I mean, the only way that I figure you may be able to get around moneybooker's policy (they charge 2.5% to use CC, by the way) would be to go ahead and dep by CC, then xfer money to a friend, and have him xfer it back (depending on how expensive that is). Therefore the money comes back to you as clean "non-credit-card" money, which you can use to gamble with.

There's issues of trust, fees, etc. But that's the only solution that I can come up with. Obviously, by the time I figure out the answer, it'll be too late, so I'm just trying to gather some info with this post. Any ideas?

Also, I'm not requesting or accepting services from anyone here for this matter. Basically, if I don't know you on a personal level, this isn't something I'm interested in doing (enough people get screwwed by their friends that I'm not going to take the odds on getting screwwed by a colleague).
