What the hell do I do here? SB completer was a semi-idiot. UTG poster is a big idiot, but I only have 6 hands on him. Call this down with Q high?

call down with Q high. this play may be slightly -EV, but image and metagame considerations are far more important here. you can't let them think you are weak.

i would have fold, i'm not so good at odds nor implide but if you have odds to call it's only the flop never call the turn
