I've heard that there aren't many games going all the time. And you need to clear the ENTIRE bonus before you cash any funds out there, or you'll lose the bonus AND your winnings, I think. See the internet forum for more details. Don't know anything about the new book.

I'm also looking for a new bonus (with my shiny new bonus whore roll specifically devoted to bonuses). I need to hit up the cryptos, but I'm a little scared by the whole PIN thing.
