Flopped flush. Weird. 600 nl
The table doesn't respect me and possibly even hates me. No reads on them though.

Re: Flopped flush. Weird. 600 nl
You might want to get some money in on the flop.

Do I want to start playing a big pot here?

Re: Flopped flush. Weird. 600 nl
Absolutely no question. I would love to get in here. I have never once worried about being behind with a flopped flush.

Re: Flopped flush. Weird. 600 nl
I think this is a leak then (for me). I always wait for the turn to bomb when no heart hits so it's "more wrong" for them to call my flop bet with some kind of naked K or A.

Re: Flopped flush. Weird. 600 nl
I think this is a product of over analyzation.
Pounding the turn when a non flush card comes is standard, but also building a pot on the flop can be good too. I find in poker that everything has it's place, no matter how out of line it may look. Just don't get out of line all the time or you'll be on the rail. I seriously don't think this is a major leak in your game. Perhaps just mix it up a little if you are concerned. But playing by default to hammer it really hard on the turn, is not all that bad. Ed S. |

I'm usually ready to go broke if someone raises in EP there are a couple of callers, then i call with 7x8x, but im always a bit paranoid with say, 4 limpers. When it's bet, raise to me, im worried. Very possibly still get broke, but reluctantly. |

Re: Flopped flush. Weird. 600 nl
on the river you should bet money, but this may be results oriented because when they all check you obciously have the best hand.

I would think a set would raise turn.

Re: Flopped flush. Weird. 600 nl
waiting til the turn is bad. they will often fold with a naked heart on the turn while calling with it for a lot of money on the flop... like a pair and a heart is only drawing to a flush so you want them in the pot and they will likely get it in on the flop but you have to let them!!!
