Default TT - close river bet decision

No deep reads, but villain seems sensible and not too loose. How close is betting the river? Do you play KK or AA differently?
Thanks guys.

If you made a bet on the river, say $20-$30, what second-best hands would you expect to call?

I was thinking he might call like $15 with A7, 88,99 since I couldn't put him on trips/boat after he checked twice. Do you value bet AA here?

My instincts tell me this is a donkbet trying to win the pot on the flop with 66-22. JJ-88 are also possible. I think you are ahead here, and I value bet half pot.

absolutely agree with above post. I could see this line with any of those pairs... and since almost all of them are below yours, value bet.

just wondering if OP's line is correct, as I get in this situation quite a bit.

I think the flop is okay, given my read, But not sure about the turn check. I was planning on calling a moderate river bet on most boards.

turn check is great.

what the hell do you do if you bet the turn, he calls then he leads the river for half pot?

there really is no draw you have to protect against.
