Default take charge on the turn & check the river?

Hand #1: B&M 15/30, very very very loose game. I have red TT on the button and a tight image. Skilled/tricky open-raises UTG. One caller, clueless donator 3bets in middle position, 2 cold callers (!), I call three cold (anyone like a cap here?), blinds come in, all call. Flop comes K83 with two hearts. UTG bets, three callers, I call (?), small blind drops, big blind calls. Turn is a black seven. UTG bets, everyone between us folds (!), I raise (?), big blind folds, UTG calls. River is a brick. UTG checks, I check.

Hand #2. B&M 15/30, good game, but not as loose as the one in hand #1. I raise UTG+1 with KdKs. Draw-chasing button cold calls, big blind (tough/tricky prop player) calls. Flop is 579 with two hearts. I bet, button calls, BB calls. Turn is another 7. I bet, button folds, BB check-raises, I 3bet (???) with the intention of folding to a 4bet (?), BB calls. River is the Jh, putting a flush on board. BB checks, I check.

In retrospect, I think I played hand #1 reasonably well and butchered hand #2. Whaddya think?
