Couple Eurobet Software Problems - Am I the only one?

Problem #1:

Whenever I close Eurobet, it automatically comes right back on!! With me already logged in! I have to close the damn thing twice at the end of each and every session.


Problem #2:

I run PokerTracker and PlayerView while I play. I am constantly opening and closing tables throughout a session - leaving the games that have gone bad, and continually seraching for the fish.

About once a day, I'll get an Error Message from the Eurobet software. The table screens go all funky and I can no longer see the tables. I am then forced to close the program (and usually I also restart my computer to ensure a 'clean slate' the next time I log on).



Anyone else have these problems? Anyone else have these problems with the other PP skins?

Hi Adam,

I have had this problem despite a pretty good computer and it seems to have something to do with having a bunch of PT DBs (I have 8 or 9) and mutiple tables. I tried to get help here but still no real great solution. I have had better luck with an alternative program.

I have this same problem and I only have 2 PT databases. This is on a P4 3ghz with 1G ram. I only recently started having the problem, and I recently signed up at eurobet. But this happens to me on empire not Euro. I run Empire/Euro at the same time along with PT and PV.

Number 1 happens to me a lot.

Number 1 happens with some frequency, though not every time. I don't experience anything like Number 2 and I also frequently open and close tables with PT and PV running.

I have had problems like 2 at EuroBet.

I suspect it is resource related.

Try moving all your PT instances to a different computer (and reduce the priority); you can always network across with GT+ and PV. The pokerroom.com import seems to be the most resource intensive, and since moving it to another computer my Eurobet glitches have reduced considerably.

#1 is pretty common I think.

#2 - When I used Playerview, this happened to me all the time and was very, very annoying. The solution was to just close and restart Playerview, and things should go back to normal. Granted, this was when Playerview was free, but it might still work if there haven't been many drastic changes to PV's software.

FWIW, this crap NEVER happens with PokerAce.

I still have 1, and I used to have 2 every 2-3 hours or so. Then once I clicked somethig different when one of the errors came up (debug or something else- I think it was a new popup) and haven't had it happen since. I don't htink you need to restart your computer- just the program. You should be able to do it fast enough to keep your seat at your table.

Upon reading the rest of the thread, I realize it was probably the switch to pokerace that fixed my #2.
