Yes. UTG+1's bet is a mystery to be sure though... but there's not way he has 33, and anything else that beats you he would have gone nuts on the turn, no?

I wouldn't be so quick to dismiss KJ for the nut straight. If he had 3-bet the turn, it would have been 2 bets back to MP2, which may have forced him out of the hand. He may have been going for overcalls in this situation, with Hero stealing his check-raise. I don't think KJ is the most likely hand, but I think you have to acknowledge that hand while making your decision on how to proceed on the river. I think the possibility of KJ or various sets turns the river into a raise-call situation instead of a raise-cap. Regardless, this river is a clear raise.
