Three surgeons

Three surgeons are shooting the bull. The first one says,"I had a patient who plays the piano. He had an accident with his lawn mower and cut off all ten fingers. I reattached them and he played a command performance for the Queen of England last week."

The second surgeon said. "I had a patient who was a track and field star. He was in a car accident and had both of his legs crushed, with multiple fractures in all of the bones. I repaired his legs and he just qualified for the Olympics in the 100 meter dash".

The third surgeon says, "You guys are amateurs. I had a patient who rode his horse head on into a train going 80 miles per hour. All that was left was the horse's ass and a cowboy hat. Now he's President of the United States."

1. Was there a net gain or loss in intelligence?

2. Are Yale and Harvard embarrassed that every day they are reminded that their degrees are for sale?

3. How anxious are the Grant and Harding families for there to be enough time elapsed to fairly evaluate GWB?
