He's probably not bluffing here and will often have a pair in which he takes to a showdown. That, or a semi-bluff with a flush draw. In either case, I like the 3-bet.

Would you lead the river if you get called and call a riverraise?
What about an overcard hitting on the river, does that change the plan?

Looks perfect to me.
We are very likely ahead.
We charge draws + hands we beat.
We can safely fold to a cap.

We win more if ahead, loose the same if behind.
