Villian is loose preflop

Na, I just call down. Bluffs will fold here, you get more bets when you just call.

If you're going to raise, I prefer the river.

He's probably not bluffing here and will often have a pair in which he takes to a showdown. That, or a semi-bluff with a flush draw. In either case, I like the 3-bet.

I never 3bet here. Maybe I should because I know he will call down with worse hands. I still don't like it. Not really sure. Plus I suck.

3 betting looks good if villain will give up his semi-bluffs on the river, otherwise I prefer calling down.

Villain is not a good player. I think he is likely to keep firing on the river with a busted draw. I would call down.
