UB cancels rakeback payment until I can provide explanation

My affiliate recommended me to tell them it was a rakeback payment and to tell them to contact the affiliate if they had any questions. I also sent an apologetic email a la teddyfbi. We shall see what happens...

crap! that's why my rakeback payment hasn't come out for like 3 days.. it stills says pending.

I got the same there a few months ago, mine was a reload deposit then cashout a few days later. I got the same email, I emailed them back telling them I needed the $ for another site and asked if they needed any thing additional from their existing customer, I did play about 25 hands of 1-2 to show some action, wd the entire BR from there and had no problems.
