agreed, it could be a close decision if your opponents are able to check with the intention of raising as a bluff or value bet.

I would probably bet the river, but I don't think checking is terrible by any means. Looks fine.

All raising would do is create a huge pot, the people who limped in before arent folding and there is only one person to act after you.

I think I might raise 3rd, even if it only gets the bring-in out. I would be upset with myself if he had turned out to make a pair bigger than tens here. Also, you probably have a small equity edge here, so there's no reason not to raise. I hope I would bet the river here as well.

I wouldn't raise 3rd, but I'd strongly consider raising 4th. I'd probably shrug and bet the river also, you won't be checkraised by two pair that didn't bet the river, but you may be called by one big pair.
