The argument for cleaning up hands in this example has to do with getting somebody to fold a lone Q, thus making our tens clean for hitting a set.

I just realized this post makes no sense on what I was trying to get across. I shouldn't post sleepy and between exams. Ill make another post on the subject tomorrow.
