Does anyone else get bad gas from black licorice??? I do. Strawberry/cherry...er the red is my personal fav.

I can't eat it enough of it to be able to tell.

and whoever you were debating is mistaken. strawberry straight out of the package is the correct opinion.

I don't know how widespread this practice is, but a great way to eat Twizzlers/Red Wines at the movies is to buy a big soda of your choice, bite off the end pieces of the twizzler and then using the twizzler as a straw. The drink tastes great flavored by the candy, and once it gets nice and crunchy it tastes awesome.

black licorice is awesome. I never thought of leaving it out to make it tougher. i will for now on. Unfortunatly it gives me a terrible stomach ache.

This thread is weird.

Licorice, especially black is awesome.

Twizzlers are different but for totally different reasons.

I was once lashed with one repeatedly on the thigh on a babe ruth league baseball trip. It hurt more than you would expect.
