Folding QQ preflop for me is like folding KK preflop for you

he raised, so you are clearly behind to AA or maaaaaaybe KK there. Muck it and don't risk your tournament life preflop. Find better edges w/ your 11x stack.

I'm pushing here...it's possible but not likely that he's making a squeeze play...i doubt it but it's possible...your M is <10...gonna need to start making a move...excellent chance here to get some chips with the 3rd best starting hand

Without any read in him I don't think you could here. There are a lot of hands he might be reraising that you are ahead of or at least a coinflip against. Unless you have reads on him that he would only reraise with AA or KK you should not fold.

Somewhat read dependant. With TT-JJ and AK, I think villain would be inclined to either push preflop or just call, not reraise another 4400, which is dying for a call. I think you can fold this. If you think villain will do this w/ TT-JJ, AK, or a lesser hand, by all means, push. Still, I hate folding QQ preflop too, but if I had a clear head, I would.
