Villian is an aggressive bettor, but he definitely has something big here. I've seen him bluff, and this is not his betting pattern for a bluff. A set is highly likely, I don't think he limps Qx UTG. 78 is out there as well, but I don't know if he raises that again on the turn, so a set seems like the only real option.

How often is the lead turn respected by bad players? Like never, thats why we use it with big hands. Just c/c turn. If he raised to 10 on flop (only 6 more) then he will prob bet like 1/3-1/2 pot on turn. Just check and see what he does.

Why is playing to get the right price for a draw weak tight? On the turn, I would have checked and then either called or folded depending on the price I was getting.
