Same.

If something absolutely needs to get done, there is no one more capable than me to do it. If it's not a life or death necessity, then good look ever seeing it get done.

This is exactly like me. It's all in the starting. If I can get that far, the rest almost takes care of itself. It can take me an absurdly long time to get the ball rolling, though; sometimes it seems outright perverse.
