I know there are a few stickies up top already, but number of other boards have FAQs/posting guidelines, and I wonder if it might make sense to add it to the stickies?

All posts should:

- Use the converter (Link)
- Include original poster's thinking on the hand at each decision point.
- Include reads.
- Have a catchy title that makes MLG chuckle.
- Not give the results explicitly or implicitly
- Not ask whether to fold AA pre-flop.

[/ QUOTE ]

But what if the title reads "Hey MLG, should I fold AA preflop?" then I post about something else?

I have a semi-famous one. Back when I palyed 10/20 LHE 6 max, I had a bunch of hands in PT and the 6 most common players in my database were all winners. I made the mistake of assuming they were probably good. I suck with the search engine on these forums, otherwise I'd paste a link.

I think I accidently invented the (VPIP / PFR / AF) notation with this post.

Two posters who I have learned a great deal from have been CSC and Locutus, and if you search my history you will see extended well thought out debates on my hands. As a matter of fact, I think they have combined called me a donkey 500 times.

Tom, I've always respected the way you analyze a hand. You do the math, you talk sbout opponent's hand range, etc etc. Reading your post, I'm thinking, "yes, yes, OH AWESOME, yes yes," and then... and then say, "and that is why you must bet here." <me shaking head>"no,no,no, THAT is why you must CHECK! Now though, you are one of the people I would <font color="blue"> blue up </font>
