problem with titan poker cashier

Don't know if anyone has played there but it's a playtech poker room. I cashed out of there after doing a bonus for about 800 bucks. This morning at around midnight, it shows them putting the money back into my neteller account. Then a few hours later they took the same amount of money out out of my neteller account.

I went to their online support person but she seemed clueless. She didn't even understand my problem. Should I give this a few days to resolve itself or what? Thank you all.

Might want to follow up on that. I played there for the PSO Nevada Jacks promo, and cashed out without any problems. Nevery went through anything like this.
