The Heisman will be awarded long before that.

Seems to me that Bush and Leinart (not to mention LenDale White) being on the same team will hurt their individual chances at this award.

Therefore, Vince Young will take it.

[/ QUOTE ]

Didn't hurt Leinart last year having Bush as a finalist.

bernie

should be bush as there will be a huge loss of faith in the decision making process for the heisman if he doesnt win.

Calhoun, RB for Wisconsin

[/ QUOTE ]

It was my impression in the times I've Calhoun play that he's actually not very good at all. It seems like he can't cut at all, isn't overly powerful, and gets about a yard or two less than he should per run. Booker Stanley actually seems like a much better back.

Not even close. Stanley is not nearly as tough as Calhoun. He doesn't have the durability of Calhoun. And most importantly, Stanley can't catch the ball.

IMHO, by playing as well as he did against ND in the best college game of the year in front of a National TV audience and he is always making highlight reel plays I would be suprised if anyone but him wins it.

Unless Maroney or someone else has a record-breaking year, Bush, Leinart, and Young are the only ones with a shot. Maybe Marcus Vick if USC loses. It's Bush's to lose at this point, IMO, and I think Young is ahead of Leinart.
