are you playing at least $1/2 LHE or 50c/$1 NL? only those limits and above count towards the bonus.

The difference is the bonus money. Since I always know the approximate exchange rate, I can tell if they have added all of the bonus money. In your case, you lost about $30 and ended up with about $12 more than when you started...sounds like they added the correct bonus money to your account even if the transaction logs do not indicate it.
