Bragging because you won a 27 BB pot? Nice! lol...at least I hope so I would play it the same.

I like raising 4th to try and get the T or 27 to fold. You want to play 4567 against as few lows as possible since if you hit, you will have one ugly low.

I maybe raise on fourth, but if you face trip tens and a wheel draw this could be bad. Still, your hand is very live. I'd jam it. Otherwise, perfect.

I'm not sure he's bragging. Seat 4 would be correct to call the river with a boat, and seat 6's river call indicates a probable lower low. I wouldn't be too shocked if Hero got scooped both ways, though I think he'll get at least half often enough to worth a river bet.

Yeah you have to realize you're not freerolling here which makes it more like a regular stud hand I guess.

Now with the internet and being able to play massive amounts of hands, my experience is that these types of hands aren't pure gold like I thought.

Having said that I jam 4th.

I didn’t mean this as a brag post. It’s just that I post so many “donk” hands, I thought I’d post one that I thought I played OK.

The plan was to raise on fourth, but when the A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] raised I decided to just called and see how fifth transpired.

When I saw the results, I figured I’d dodged two bullets. Nah, that’s just the Pavlovian conditioning that Party has treated me to. There really isn’t a reverse relationship between number of outs and odds to river a winner.

Never the less, I had to go to Twodimes to calm my nerves.

Too many samples required, using 500,000 sample simulation.

Just a tangential comment (not about this hand in particular)... I've found the seven-high straight to be one of the biggest "trap" hands in the game ... I guess Aces Up as well, but that hand is a lot easier to fold
