I wouldn't say a LRR from UTG is "often" a strong hand, at least at 2/4. But you are right, it is much more so than other positions. The action, the position, and the player are all very important considerations, imo.

That might be. I've never played online 2/4, so you know more than I do about how the game plays.

Its a rare thing where I give a LRRer any credit till after the flop. If he's a TAG I tend to give a little credit, but its hard for me to fold top pair, esp. heads up.
