With stacks like this, it looks like a check/push to me. We are assuming nothing other than the flop didn't help the BB. What hands does he raise here? TT-AA, AJ-AK, KQ on that range, he has an OP 30 times and over cards 72 times. So there is about a 70% chance you are ahead. If you check push, you are betting 6600 into a pot around 4K. The math works. Check push.
