The idea comes from a place south of the border-Venezuela. I lived there 2 yrs as a kid. Its called La Hamburguesa Nacional de Venezuela. You put some white sauce on it, dammit its good.

Honestly I cannot remember. They may have a similar Cuban version of this hamburger down in Miami jake. Could be a cucumber sauce, but nothing like the gyro version.

This is the only way to eat a burger at Fatburger. I've had it with runny yolk too a couple times and it's the best.
