I have read a good bit about how this guide (Aleo's) is helpfull and have been unable to find it. Can anyone give me a link please? Thanks a lot.

it still hurts too, im alternating left and right hands though. its not carpel tunnel but some sort of painful thing in the wrists and lower arm.

Maybe there is something in Aleomagus' guide for dealing with carpal tunnel...
