I'm looking forward to seeing Raymer bust Matusow so we can watch him sob like a girl-chile again this year - good stuff.

[/ QUOTE ]

Screw that...I'd wanna see Matusow win the whole thing.

How often do "name" players get moved FROM the feature table? Has ESPN ever halted the action and decided to "swap" the feature table for a different, jucier one as play progresses through the day?

[/ QUOTE ]

ESPN doesn't stop the tournament, but they do switch the table that they are focusing on pretty regularly.

Zzzzzzzzzzzzz, this is SO 2004.

NEWSFLASH: Greg all but crippled Mike last year with a flush well after their "drama hand"

Anyone have anything good to talk about from this years WSOP?

There is a video on cardplayer.com that explains how they chose. Essentialy, they pick a table with an intresting player as the featured table, no "special" table is created.

[/ QUOTE ]

That is not how it is usually done, I can't see them dragging their camera/lighting/sound equipement from table to table. So no whole cams in the feature table this year?

NEWS FLASH: Raymer and Matusow both have impressive chip counts in THIS YEAR'S WSOP!!! It would make for some good TV and RATINGS if they got to square off again.

If this topic doesn't interest you, try one of the many other threads about this year's WSOP.

They will only change the feature table at a break, or if the table breaks.

The players are moved to the tv table, but they don't pick players from different tables to play at the tv table is what I ment.
