I would call, I think your hand is good more than 10%.

Hero has position so he cannot check/call. Checking behind on the river here is bad, you must value bet.

Those stats says he is really passive, but sometimes does desperate stuff on the river. Or it says that he always slowplays his good hands to the river.

Hmmm, maybe it's correct to bet/fold against this player, but can you really be more than 90% sure that a stupid player doesn't raise you with a worse hand here?
