Laydown KK to A-high flop hand history: Raise more PF and a bad call?
I'm not sure if I should have raised more PF: obviously it worked out fine for me since I would have been busted out, however I'm not sure if raise more PF I can drive out the two callers with Ax. In addition after looking at the hand again, I hate my call on the flop and realize this is probably a bad play. I figured this was a probing bet to determine where they stood. After the raise / call, I had to get out of there. Thoughts?

Re: Laydown KK to A-high flop hand history: Raise more PF and a bad call?
Fold the flop.
MP2 may have an ace or he may have two hearts. It really doesn't matter because your hand isn't strong enough to withstand a semi-bluff all-in by MP2 if you raise for "information". Calling is bad because it screams that you don't have an ace, and now MP2 can make a real bet on the turn knowing you can't call. |
