Converting pokerroom hand histories

Hi, I'm new, so sorry if this is a repeat question... I did a search of the forums and nothing came up.

I'm having trouble converting my hands, I'm playing on pokerroom at the moment (only until my cashout clears tomorrow and I can begin my bonus whoring [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]. So far I've tried: copying and pasting hand histories from my pokerroom database, hand histories off the website, and copying and pasting out of pokertracker. The last seemed to be the best guess but cards came up blank (kind of a big deal!) and it didn't give me UTG, CO, etc.
