5'11 - 175lbs. In decent shape. I got up to 195 last year, and decided that was too big, so I dropped 20lbs.

I'm just over 6 foot. A couple of months ago I weighed 115lb, I decided that was too little and I think I weigh around 130lb now which I'm told is healthier. I feel fat though, it's weird.

Wow dude. 130 is rail thin for your height. Do you disappear when you turn sideways? :P

this is true. When I was 18, I was 5'8" and 129 lbs. Bootcamp and 3 months later I was 5'10" and 165lbs of solid muscle. It's amazing what happens when you exercise LESS.

Of course, the older you get the more you'll fill out. I'm guessing you eat like a horse too. A quick metabolism is a beautiful thing.

what about those of us who are fat but exercise?

[/ QUOTE ]Then there's those of us who never work out, yet can still run a 2-mile in under 13 minutes. =]

Damn... I'm about the same height, 195 pounds and I can't imagine being 160, let alone 130, and 115 is beyond my comprehension.

That's great - good for you - keep it up and you'll have to change your screen name.

6'1" 235 38" waist

15 years ago, when I was the starting middle linebacker on my HS team, 6'1" 235, 32" waist.

I think it went to hell when I discovered beer.
