Default whats the correct play here?

Villian is around 59 vpip and hasnt shown much agression at the table?

Raise if you think it will get you a free card on the turn.

Otherwise I'd call and fold the turn unimproved.

If he's a stock LP-P he is usually betting with some pair, I raise the flop, check behind on the turn or fold it UI if he donks.

I'd peel and fold the turn. He hasn't shown much aggression so its less likely that he'll fire the flop and the turn with just a draw.

I raise if he's likely to give me a free turn and fold ui on turn if he donks. Otherwise peel and fold ui on the turn.
