As for the OP's line, I overbet the turn, but this isn't a bad line if he's at least mildly aggressive post flop.

Definitely check raise flop big. Since you know he has AA/KK, build that pot right from the outset so you can more easily lead turn and overbet river all in.

leading is the best way to accomplish this, not check raising

usually, this board is sortof draw heavy though, check raise works better with that involved
