Weird floor call, a first for me.
I get called to a 10-25 NLHE game for a floor call. The dealer says, "the player in 9 seat wants to call time on himself". Of course I thought he was kidding so I ask the player in 9 seat if he's serious. He say's "yes, I don't want to take up too much time". OOOOOOO K. You have 1 minute sir. [img]/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img] 10...9...8...7...6...5...4...3...2...1... "Your hand is dead sir".

Holy crap I just thought of a strange little play using that, when you have the nuts, call time on yourself, and then at the last second say "raise.... all in". How can some guy sitting with the second or third to nuts not think he is good here and call for all his chips?
Underhanded play like that is pretty lame, but it might work.
