Default LAG defence on 3-flush board - 10/20

I observed this hand. Hero is a very solid player, with excellent results on 5/10 short. I think he might be a little bullied by the LAGs. He is also playing higher than normal, and I suspect that some people might have noticed, and are more likely to take shots. Villain is LAG, don't know if good or not, but definitely LAG. Probably at least decent.

Bet sizes are approximations. Hero has 3,5K, villain covers.

Villain opens for 60 in CO, Hero reraises to 200 with AK [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] on the button, villain calls.

Flop: A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]K [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]4 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
Villain leads out for 2/3 pot. What's the plan?
