There are a couple problems with your Q&A:

1. There were no questions. Only statements and answers.
2. It's definitely okay to post naked pictures of ex's w/o permission in OOT, in fact it's a good thing.

OK, here's my perspective on that. Cecilia Barnes sued Yahoo! because they allowed her ex boyfriend to post nude photos of her online along with her address and phone number. Now, even if she doesn't win, she still created havok for Yahoo! So, I just think to be on the safe side, you shouldn't post photos of people who haven't given their explicit permission, except celebrities.
