I don't know hwo your typical 30/60 player is, but BB would have to be pretty stupid to raise AK on that board into 3 other people

the problem with leading the flop is that its too likely that the turn will cripple your hand, gotta wait for a safe card and possibly get away cheaply if the action looks bad

yeah, if you know BB/UTG won't raise overs then finding a good line is tough.
