Default KTs meets all kinds of resistance, chip spewing or not?

Please comment on all streets. I hand't even completed one orbit so I have no meaningful reads.

Raise preflop. Just call the river, you got counterfeited if he has AA. Flop and turn are good.

Failing to raise this first in from the cutoff is sick.

I thought rule #1 of shorthanded was No Open Limping?
I raise preflop.

I think you can just call the river so you can see what the heck is betting into you after you just capped the turn.

Raise PF. I would not cap the turn, and would just call down when threebet.

That open limp is just plain awful. Raise it, always.
Just call the river, you capped the turn and hes still betting into you.
