Re: Disaster Strikes
It sounds like you're getting it straightened out. But, just to drive the point home: 6000 hands is a drop in the bucket; 888 hands is the amount of evaporation from that drop over a short timespan.

Re: Disaster Strikes
My biggest leaks in order are:
1. too aggressive on missed flops heads up 2. too aggressive with middle pairs 3. not enough value betting on the end It is amazing how radically my sessions change when I focus on keeping these leaks in check. OP's agression with ATo is something I've been prone to. Now, I rejoice when I just let the thing go. |

Re: Disaster Strikes
[ QUOTE ]
...half my plans for the summer are ruined if I can't turn this around soon. [/ QUOTE ] Dude, you gotta plan for some downturns. [ QUOTE ] Won$WSF 26.3% [/ QUOTE ] This suggests you are running bad or going too far with weaker holdings. Your ATo post below suggests the latter. Let 'em go most of the time when you don't hit it. Take shots/bluffs selectively. You just can't win if you think your pre-flop raise entitles you to run people over. Good luck. |
