LAG table troubles...
This hand (and perhaps the responses I get to it) is going to give me nightmares. MP2 is a LAG, rarely resisting to fire with nothing on most streets. I had no read on UTG+2. The action on this table was pretty well-represented by this line, and I'm having a real problem with adjusting to it.
Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $0.5 BB (10 handed) converter UTG+1 ($62.82) UTG+2 ($25.8) MP1 ($31.33) MP2 ($58.9) MP3 ($48.25) CO ($62.65) Hero ($49.9) SB ($5.5) BB ($52.95) UTG ($174.21) Preflop: Hero is Button with J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">UTG+2 raises to $1</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">MP2 raises to $6</font>, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, Hero calls $6, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, UTG+2 calls $5. Final Pot: $101.45 Should I have reraised preflop? How much? Should I have reraised the flop? Should I have bet the turn? (I was thinking no, because I was expecting a reraise from someone with an A, probably UTG+2) Is this a push on the river? Be unmerciful. |

Re: LAG table troubles...
I agree - raise the flop to $40. LAG's win there money by using folding equity. Once you play back, they'll run away. Also, you want to fold the straight-flush draw if possible. Fold the river with your 4th nut flush.
