Default Isura needs a like check - Hand 1

Spawned by my lag thread, I am looking over all parts of my game. What's the standard play on the river. Villain is loose passive, he has called down the flop/turn with TPWK on these types of boards. Do you guys bet 1/2 the pot and try get a call from Kx or a mid pair, or bet full pot and hope to get a crying call?

Here's the way I see it.

It looks like the opponent was on a flush draw. In most cases, he'll fold if you bet one penny.

But in some cases he has some kind of marginal made hand. Maybe a pocket pair, maybe second pair. Something like that. Only when he has a hand like this will he call any bet from you. But if he has a hand like this, he'll usually call any normal bet, which in this case would be about $15. So that's what I do -- bet $15. Expect him to fold most of the time, call sometime, and raise rarely (in which case you fold).

I raise this preflop. As played I would bet 15 or so on the river.

Is this really a time for an overbet? I use to do them in situations where I have a GREAT hand and suspect my opponent to have a VERY GOOD hand. For example if I think my opponent is on a flushdraw and I have a set and fill up same time as the flush appear on the river. Or I have 44 on a 44JJ6 type of board.
