The river bettor is passive postfl and I "know" he has at least a K. should I still call due to the pot size?

Im pretty sure you have to call for the huge pot. You sure you wont see JT one time in 14?

It would take a perfect read to fold this

for me its one of those hands that can be played either way roughly equally depending entirely on your player and table reads.
