"Winner's Guide to Texas Hold'Em Poker" by Ken Warren $9
"Play Poker Like the Pros" by Phil Hellmuth $9

A few of the books listed are really good reads. A few others obviously don't have the best reputation but some people may find them desirable. For most, the price listed is basically around 1/2 off the cover and would include US postage. Post or PM me if you're interested.
