Jolie does a ton of charity work for UNICEF, and I think she's matured a bit after the making out with her brother/Billy Bob's blood in a pendant stage.

Her attitude seems to be: "I care about Africa, you average people don't" "I contribute big bucks, you should donate a million too" "I am a saint for adopting babies, why aren't you doing this too?" "I wish average people were as charitable and as saintly as I am" Of course the Entertainment Interviewers never challenge her on this stuff, its all "Jolie, you are sooooo great." Her attitude makes me sick.

After a few minutes with me, they are eager to do so. So, in my view, one's not more likely than the other to do anything. Since Jen is, to me, the more attractive of the two (Jolie's nice, but I don't go for the huge lips so much, and her cheeks are a bit mannish), she's the lucky girl.
