like TWP said u can Vb this if u are willing to fold to another check raise but i dont see too much value in betting here. he has to know the jig is up i'd rather showdown this hand and win the pot then either be put to a hard decision or get the hands i beat to fold.

Personally, I think you've got more to lose by value betting than you do to gain. The check raise on the flop, to me, suggests either a strong bluff or a set. Since he's already checked to you on the river, a bluff will fold to a bet and you will gain nothing, and a set will win the pot and you will lose whatever you bet here. If you check and have him beat, you win the same as if you bet, but if you check and lose, you save a bet.

Easy value bet. Go for around half a pot.

Fold to a raise.
