Default Re: 1/2 questionable line - how do you eat yours....

SB can't cap if we raise....

but I don't see many things that we beat that 3-bet that board after being raised pf.

AK / KK / AA beat us
JJ / QQ / TT / (maybe 99) lose - not many of these 3-bet
KQs - draws

AQ / AJ aren't putting much in this pot if we raise.

True

Your are somewhat right, thus if you are 3-bet you can potential get away from the hand (I don't know if I would though). But you have no read.... so you can't be sure of anything. People will call to hit an ace with AQ or even A9s. They'll call with any pair alot too. The SB bet on the flop is almost an automatic continaution bet, so it doesn't really mean alot.

If your behind you should find out quickly, if not your raising for value and trying to protect your hand. Dont be afraid of MUBS, your good alot of the time.
