Yet another Party trick?

So for the last three days, I've logged on assuming that I've completed their "x points for $y" bonus, only to be presented with the same popup, telling me that I need to accumulate 41 points to release my bonus.

However, I've probably played 2,000 hands of NL since then -- definitely mostly raked. I've obviously accumulated 41 points.

Do they do this to make people try and overcompensate by playing more and more hands to get the bonus?

... just adding to the laundry list.... let me know if this is happening to others, though.
