I'd give her a piece, but I'd probably toss in a joke about $2; hopefully she'd realize how her bitchy behavior is the source of many of her problems.

Of course, I'd leave out the joke if I determined she was a candidate to push the infamous Cornell suicide rate one notch higher.

I think this really depends on how much of a bitch she is. I am a horrible person, so I would probably charge her regardless.
